IPO Updates:
Devyani International: Devyani International has received market regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India’s (SEBI) nod for the Initial Public Offering (IPO) route. The company had filed its DRHP with SEBI on May 19, 2021. As per the market sources the company plans to raise Rs1400cr.
Tatva Chintan: The IPO was subscribed 180.36 times at the end of day 3 of bidding. The IPO received 58.83 crore shares against an offer size of 32.61 lakh shares.
Subscription Status:
Qualified Institutional Buyers: 185.23 times the reserved portion
Non-institutional investors: 512.22 times the reserved portion
Retail investors: 35.35 times the reserved portion.

Bajaj-Auto, Bajaj holding, Biocon, ICICI General Insurance IIFL Securities India Pesticides Ltd, Mphasis, Ultratech Cement and few more companies whose results will be announced today

Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) net sold shares worth Rs 2,834.96crore, while domestic institutional investors (DIIs) net purchased shares worth Rs 873.14 crore in the Indian equity market on July 20, as per provisional data available on the NSE.
