Porto vs. Lazio odds, picks, how to watch, live stream: Feb. 24 UEFA Europa League predictions

Despite selling star striker Luis Diaz, FC Porto can advance in the UEFA Europa League knock-out playoffs this week. Porto carries a 2-1 aggregate lead into the second leg of its home-and-home series with Lazio, which sits sixth in Serie A this season. However, Lazio has been dynamic at home, while Porto, which sits first in the Portuguese Primeira Liga, had a critical league match last Sunday. You can stream the match on Paramount+.

Kick-off is set for 12:45 p.m. ET at Stadio Olimpico in Rome. Caesars Sportsbook has Lazio listed as the +130 favorite (risk $100 to win $130) on the 90-minute money line, while Porto is a +200 underdog in the latest Lazio vs. Porto odds. A draw is priced at +240 and the over-under is 2.5 goals. Thursday’s match will be streamed live on Paramount+ with their must-have Premium plan.

UEFA Europa League picks for Lazio vs. Porto

Before you tune in to Thursday’s match, you need to see the Porto vs. Lazio picks from soccer insider Jon Eimer. He is a high-volume bettor who has vast knowledge of leagues and players across the globe. Since joining SportsLine, Eimer has covered the English Premier League, Serie A, the FA Cup and much more. The Indiana-based handicapper compiled a winning record of 260-133-1 with over 90 units of profit for his community on various platforms over a recent two-month stretch.

For Porto vs. Lazio, Eimer is backing both teams to score at -130 odds. In the reverse fixture in Portugal, both teams scored in the first half. Lazio got on the board first with a goal from Mattia Zaccagni before Porto got a pair of late first-half goals from Toni Martinez.

It was a game with somewhat mixed messaging from the numbers, as Lazio saw 55 percent of the possession, but Porto was quick on the counter and finished with 21 shots, while Lazio had just seven. However, Immobile wasn’t able to play in that contest and he’s made it clear that he wants to return in some capacity in this match.

Immobile is the single biggest game-changer on either roster, with 19 league goals in 21 matches this season. If Immobile is back in the lineup and Lazio is chasing the goal deficit at home, it should lead to an open, back-and-forth affair and that is why there’s plenty of value here on both teams to score.
