NFL player props, odds, expert picks for Week 15, 2021: Rob Gronkowski goes over 50.5 receiving yards for Bucs

The Week 15 NFL schedule brings an unsettled playoff picture and a drawn-out slate, but there are still plenty of games on Sunday for you to find value on prop bets. Nearly all games have postseason implications, but even the matchup between 2-11 teams Jacksonville and Houston has prop bets that should draw your interest. Six AFC teams came into NFL Week 15 at 7-6 and five NFC squads were 6-7, all with playoff hopes. The NFC’s battle for the top seed could get interesting Sunday, with the 10-3 Cardinals visiting the one-win Lions (1 p.m. ET) and the Packers and Buccaneers facing playoff hopefuls. Both are also 10-3, and Tampa Bay hosts the Saints (6-7) on Sunday Night Football while the Packers visit the Ravens (8-5) at 4:25 p.m. ET.
Tampa Bay quarterback Tom Brady continues to defy Father Time, and he threw for 375 yards in a 36-27 loss to New Orleans in Week 8. Caesars Sportsbook lists the over-under on Brady’s passing yards this week at 298.5 (-115) in its latest NFL Week 15 props odds. There are similar props for most top players, and there is value to be found. Before locking in any 2021 Week 15 NFL prop bets, you need to check out the top NFL picks and predictions from NFL props expert Alex Selesnick.
Over the past two seasons, Selesnick (aka PropStarz) is up almost 115 units on NFL props and futures plays. For a $100 bettor, that’s a more than $11,000 return. PropStarz specializes in NFL and NBA prop betting, where he implements a combination of research, statistical analysis and mathematical modeling.
Through 14 weeks, PropStarz is an impressive 40-29 on his picks for SportsLine after a 5-0 week. In Week 14, he nailed Amon-Ra St. Brown going over 4.5 Receptions (-125) for Detroit, projecting him for six receptions.
PropStarz has touted the receiver as a bright spot for the lowly Lions. With star running back D’Andre Swift and tight end T.J. Hockenson out, the expert expected the wideout to play a big role against the Broncos.
“With Jared Goff struggling to throw the ball downfield, I expect St. Brown to soak up a lot of those targets.” PropStarz told SportsLine. He soaked up plenty, catching eight passes for 73 yards in a 38-10 loss to cash this play easily.
Now, after sifting through the hundreds of available Week 15 NFL prop bets, PropStarz has found five more picks he loves. He’s only sharing his Week 15 NFL prop picks at SportsLine.
Top 2021 Week 15 NFL prop picks
One prop bet that PropStarz loves for NFL Week 15: Bucs tight end Rob Gronkowski to go over 50.5 receiving yards (-115). He has been Tom Brady’s go-to guy when he is healthy, and he has 498 yards in just seven full games. He missed four games after fracturing his ribs, then played only briefly in his first game back and sat out another with back spasms. He surpassed this number in six of those seven games, and Brady has been looking his way often.
Gronkowski has a 24-percent target rate, higher than star wideouts Mike Evans (18 percent) and Chris Godwin (21). PropStarz also likes that the Saints have an elite run defense and the Bucs are already a high-volume passing team. New Orleans is susceptible to big plays through the air, and Gronk is still capable of those. “I have Gronk projected for 66 receiving yards, and until the books adjust this line, I will happily keep betting on it,” PropStarz tells SportsLine.
