Boosie Badazz pleaded not guilty to one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm — a charge he picked up in San Diego, where he’d gone to film a music video. He’s out of custody on $50,000 bail but faces up to three years in state prison if he’s convicted.

J. Cole‘s Dreamville Records announced the rapper’s sophomore album will celebrate its decade anniversary in May. “Born Sinner turns 10 next month!” reads an Instagram post. “in celebration we’re releasing a gold deluxe vinyl edition available for preorder now!#Dreamville #ColeWorld.”

Busta Rhymes is getting ready to release new music, which he believes “will shift the culture.” Swizz Beatz says he and Busta will executive produce the project alongside Timbaland and Pharrell.

Cardi B has reached out to Elon Musk for some help on Twitter. “I’m shadowbanned cause I posted a picture of somebody getting their tittie sucked,” she wrote on Tuesday. “@elonmusk please unshadowban me. I won’t do it again.” 

Coi Leray has added narrator to her list of titles. The star’s voice can be heard narrating the “More Than Game” campaign commercial that promotes the WNBA’s upcoming season. The season kicks off on Friday.

As Adidas carries out its plan to sell remaining Yeezy stock, it appears Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, may be preparing to sell more of his own shoes. Ye’s Mascotte Holdings Inc. filed a trademark application for “YZY SOCK SHOES,” with the intention of selling “Socks; socks with leather soles.”

Metro Boomin tapped Don Toliver for “Link Up,” which will appear on the soundtrack for Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse. The track was previewed Monday as part of a Hyundai and Spider-Verse commercial. Metro’s executive producing the entire soundtrack, which drops on June 2.
