Langston, OK – September 28, 2024 – The Langston University Lions secured a hard-fought victory over Texas College on Saturday, with a final score of 35-25. The Lions showcased impressive teamwork and individual performances to claim the win in front of a roaring home crowd at W.E. Anderson Stadium.
Running back Tyler Travis led the charge for Langston, delivering an outstanding performance with four touchdowns, earning him the title of Offensive Player of the Game. Travis’s dynamic running kept Texas College’s defense on its heels, allowing Langston to maintain control of the game.
