Course5 Intelligence IPO to Raise up to Rs.600 crores

A Data Analytics and Insights firm Course5 Intelligence has filed draft red herring papers with SEBI to raise up to Rs.600 crores via initial public offerings. The IPO comprises a Fresh Issue of Rs.300 crores & an Offer for Sale of Rs.300 offered by promoters. The company may also consider the pre-IPO placement of up to Rs 60 crore before RHP.
Offer for Sale by Promoters:
The offer for sale consists of Rs.32.5 crores by Ashwin Ramesh Mittal, Rs.40 crores by Riddhymic Technologies, Rs.40 crores by Riddhymic Technoserve LLP, Rs.112.5 crores by AM Family Private Trust, and Rs.75 crores by Kumar Kantilal Mehta.

Course5 Intelligence made a profit of Rs.29.72 crores while the revenues stood at Rs.247.19 crores for FY21.

The book-running lead managers of the IPO are Axis Capital and JM Financial. The shares are proposed to be listed on NSE and BSE.
