CMR Green Technologies Limited to raise around ₹- crores via IPO that comprises fresh issue of ₹300 crores and offer for sale up to 33,414,138 equity shares of ₹2 each. The retail quota is 10% while QIB is 75% and HNI is 15%.
CMR Green Technologies is one of the largest producers of Aluminium and Zinc die-casting alloys in India. They have a combined annual production capacity of over approx 310,700 MT. The company commenced its business in 2006 by adding its first plant in Tatarpur, near New Delhi. The company operates from 12 manufacturing facilities from it 10 are aluminum recycling operations. The group established their 12th Plant is in Gujarat in 2020 for recycling of ELVs (End-Of-Life-Vehicles) by dismantling, shredding, and sorting parts of ELVs.
